NA3

Geof Gage to look into providing Barney Miller with EPC ratings for Sylvan Hall.

Geof Gage

EPC ratings are available on the national EPC register, however it is not always the case that all our properties have a current EPC as they are only routinely carried out when a property has been void. There are 4 current EPCs on the register for this post code https://find-energy-certificate.service.gov.uk/find-a-certificate/search-by-postcode?postcode=BN2+3RS

We do have some additional data for individual properties available from some energy modelling software, if there is a specific address provided we can look into this if not available on the national register.

Melissa Francis to provide Ian Beck and the panel with an update on street cleansers in Hollingbury at the next meeting.

Melissa Francis

Hollingbury hasn’t got a dedicated barrow operative, and the Council do not have the budget to increase resources.  Street cleansing mobile crews respond to any specific issues raised within the Hollingbury area.
